By accessing or using The Career Junction website and related features (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Career Junction provides job-search tools and listings, career and business resources, creative and professional services, and related digital content. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Site to engage in fraud or unlawful activity; interfere with or damage the Site; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape, copy, or exploit Site content in violation of law or these Terms; impersonate another person; or infringe the rights of others.

3. Job Listings, Search Results, and Third-Party Content

The Career Junction may aggregate, display, or link to job listings and other information supplied by third parties, including job-data providers such as Adzuna, employers, job boards, and affiliate or referral partners.

We are not the employer and do not control or guarantee third-party listings, employer conduct, hiring decisions, application processes, compensation, availability, or the accuracy or completeness of external information. A listing appearing on the Site is not an endorsement or guarantee of the employer or opportunity.

You are responsible for evaluating listings and external websites before applying, providing personal information, making payments, or entering into any agreement. Applications and transactions completed on third-party sites are between you and the applicable third party.

4. No Employment or Professional Guarantee

The Career Junction does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, business results, income, sales, or any particular outcome from using the Site, its resources, or its services. Career and business content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

5. Paid and Creative Services

Some optional services may require payment, including services such as resume or cover-letter assistance, branding, design, website, digital-content, or related creative work. Specific scope, pricing, delivery terms, revision terms, and any applicable refund terms may be provided at the time of purchase or in a separate service agreement.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, digital or customized work is not automatically refundable after substantial work has begun or a completed deliverable has been provided. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Career Junction and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost profits, lost data, employment outcomes, business interruption, or third-party acts arising from or related to your use of the Site.
